Ian McCairns & Gary Marshall have spent their careers working inside golf clubs and hospitality environments, so we understand the realities of day-to-day operations, the culture, the expectations, and the pressure to consistently deliver for members and guests. Ingentro was created to give clubs and venues the structure, clarity and confidence they need, without the expense or commitment of full-time on-site consultancy.
Our role is to come in for a focused period, review what is working and what is not, then report back on how to capitalise further on what is working and replace what is not with proven practices learned over our careers, and in our day-to-day working with clubs. Communication will be straightforward, respectful, and we will be hands-on where it matters. We care deeply about getting things right for your people, your members, and your long-term future.
